A Life Rooted in the Land
My journey with the land began long before I became a realtor. As a young girl, I was right there in the thick of it—involved with livestock and cattle judging, learning the rhythm of farm life from the ground up. That passion never left me; it only grew. On July 1st, 2006, I turned that lifelong love into a career, and for nearly 20 years, I have dedicated myself to the plots, farms, and beautiful rural stretches of our community.
More Than Just a Property
To me, selling a farm or a plot isn't just a transaction—it’s about sharing a way of life. I believe in a holistic lifestyle where children aren't stuck behind devices, but are out in the sun, learning to feed calves, riding ponies, and understanding where their food comes from. There is no greater reward in my work than when a client calls me months later to say, "Tanya, we are never moving back to town." That’s when I know I’ve truly done my job.
